Shire Farmers’ Market is turning 10, and they’re celebrating with a special birthday market on Saturday the 11th of July. Taking over Flora Street Carpark in Sutherland from 8:00am to 1:00pm, the morning will bring all your usual market favourites, including Self Raised, Farmgate to Plate, Baked Collective, Brooklyn Boy Bagels and Sonoma Bakery, plus a few extra birthday additions. It’s the Shire’s answer to the City2Surf, and it’s back this month. The annual Sutherland to Surf is set for Sunday, the 19th of July, with the 11km course kicking off bright and early at 7:30am. Whether you're walking, running or cheering from the sidelines, it’s all in support of Wanda Surf Life Saving Club.
Celebrate Christmas In July With NEL At The Pines
NEL x The Pines is giving Sunday roast a festive makeover with a Christmas in July lunch running for three Sundays only. Taking place on the 5th, 12th and 19th of July, the menu brings all the nostalgic winter comforts, from Glazed Christmas Ham, Pigs in Blankets and Rich Gravy to Crackling, Warm Sides and Bread and Butter Pudding to finish.
