Easter’s just around the corner, and the Shire’s in full hot cross bun mode. Whether you’re all about the classic fruit-filled variety or keen to try a chocolate, espresso, or Biscoff twist, now’s the time to stock up. NEL Restaurant Is Taking Over The Pines Cronulla
Sydney’s iconic NEL Restaurant, led by chef Nelly Robinson, is taking over The Pines Cronulla for a six-week pop-up this April. Kicking off April 9th, the residency will feature a 10-course degustation showcasing NEL’s signature inventive dishes, alongside their much-loved Sunday Roasts. The Pines Terrace will also transform into a margarita bar, serving a snack-style menu and the iconic NEL burger in a more relaxed setting. Safe to say, this is one you’ll want to lock in early.

Bringing some serious NYC energy to the Shire, the Cronulla St Photobooth has landed and is already making waves. Located right by IGA in Cronulla mall, it’s the perfect spot to stop by, snap some fun pics, and capture those moments you’ll want to relive. Whether you’re flying solo or rounding up your crew for a group shot, this place is set to be the new hangout.
Indulge In Jensen’s Mid-Week Set Menu
Safe to say, this one’s now on our weekly rotation. Jensen’s has just dropped a $59pp 3-course set menu, and trust us, you’re gonna want in. Available every Wednesday & Thursday for dinner, and Thursday & Friday for lunch, this midweek special is here to take your week up a notch. Think wagyu beef tartare, barramundi with Thai yellow coconut curry, and a whipped chocolate mousse that’s hard to pass up. With a mix of classic favourites and exciting monthly specials, there’s something for everyone.
