Officially opening its doors in Miranda on September 22nd, Pronto is introducing a reformer model built for people who don’t want their day dictated by class timetables. The concept? Fully guided, 40-minute classes delivered via screen, with sessions kicking off every 45 minutes from 5:15am to 10:30pm, seven days a week.
“The format really came from listening to what people needed,” the Pronto team shares. “We wanted to remove all the friction — finding the time, the right instructor, booking a week out — and just make it easy to move.”
That accessibility extends to pricing, too.
As they put it, it’s “refreshingly accessible” — and with classes from $5, it’s a pretty easy yes for anyone who’s ever side-eyed reformer and thought, maybe one day.
The space? Calm, clean, and kind of dreamy. It’s all soft lighting, premium reformers, and a simple, thoughtful layout that keeps the focus on your flow.
And while the format is tech-powered, the experience is still deeply considered. Every move is demonstrated clearly, with a steady pace that lets you stay present without feeling lost.
There are five different class types to choose from, each designed to build strength, balance, and mobility in its own way. And with 23 sessions running every day, there’s no need to shuffle your schedule around, the studio is built to work around you.
“It’s reformer, reimagined,” Pronto explains. “We’ve taken all the parts people love — the strength, the flow, the full-body burn, and stripped away the stuff that gets in the way.”
