LeWrap Has Returned To The Shire With Former Paralympian Jeremy McGrath At The Helm

And there’s more to this Miranda comeback than a quick lunch run

LeWrap Miranda

LeWrap has officially returned to Westfield Miranda, led by former Paralympian Jeremy McGrath, whose journey from elite sport to business ownership makes this opening more than your usual food court news.

The fresh, made-to-order wrap brand is bringing its wraps, salads, plates and baguettes back to the Shire, with quality ingredients, grilled-to-order proteins and easy, flavour-packed meals that work just as well for a quick shopping break as they do for a grab-and-go lunch between appointments.

At the helm of the new Miranda store is Jeremy McGrath, a former Paralympian, Occupational Therapist and now local business owner, who has swapped elite sport and healthcare for a new chapter in hospitality.

Born without his fibula bone and with a shortened tibia bone, Jeremy had his leg amputated at age 14. After navigating confidence struggles and bullying in his younger years, he discovered rowing in his late teens. “Sport completely changed my life,” Jeremy said.

“I went from being a really self-conscious kid to representing Australia around the world. It taught me resilience, discipline and how to focus on the things you can control, all lessons I’ve carried into running a business.”

Those same values are what drew Jeremy to LeWrap in the first place.

“I could have gone into any fast-food brand, but LeWrap stood out because it aligned with what I personally value,” he shares. “Everything is fresh, cooked to order and made with quality ingredients. That really connected with me.”

Judging by the steady stream of returning customers, plenty of Miranda locals were happy to see LeWrap make its return.

“We’ve already had so many returning customers, which has been amazing to see,” Jeremy says. “It genuinely feels like this is something Miranda needed. I’m really proud to be building something positive in the local community.”

For LeWrap, the Miranda opening marks an exciting return to the Sutherland Shire, with Jeremy bringing a fresh energy to the store and a people-first approach.

And while the food is the main reason to stop by, the service is clearly part of the story too. The goal is simple: fresh food, good value and genuinely friendly service that leaves customers happier than when they arrived.
