Found along the Kingsway, Moon Fresh Sushi is exactly that: fresh. Their menu is hugely extensive, so you may need that extra minute from the waiters - but rest assured, whatever you choose, you’ll be happy you did.

An easy takeaway or casual dine-in restaurant, Moim Kitchen is a favourite amongst Shire locals and for good reason. Humble and cosy, you can expect to find all of your best-loved dishes here, from classic rolls to Japanese curries and bibimbap. Their sashimi is some of the best and we love their lotus chips for something different!

One for those who enjoy a modern adaptation, Rushi is a Japanese-style cafe hidden within a Cronulla bike shop.
