13 Shire-Based Reformer Pilates Studios You Have To Try

Mind, body and a good dose of fun awaits

To The Core, Illawong

It seemed to appear out of nowhere, but reformer pilates has steadily taken over our social media feeds and workout routines - and rightfully so. Although the machine may initially evoke images of a playful apparatus in a children’s gymnasium, reformer is so much more than lying back and popping your feet in some straps. It’s an exercise regime that intertwines strength, flexibility, and mindful movement, delivering a full-body burn like no other.

Not only does it work muscles you didn’t even know existed, but when done right, it tones you up fast while improving stability, form, and balance. Oh, and it’s really, really fun. See? We told you there’s a reason it’s taking over! Whether you’re a seasoned professional or you’re testing out those springs for the very first time, we’ve rounded up 13 of the best reformer pilates studios in the Sutherland Shire for you to try. PSA: a lot of these studios have introductory deals, so be sure to check them out!
