To ensure you’re getting the most bang for your buck, we’ve done the hard yards and rounded up the Shire’s best happy hours! Meadow
Brand-spanking Meadow Music Room is already a Cronulla favourite, and it has a happy hour we reckon will top local’s lists, too. Aperitivo hour is daily from 4pm - 6pm, and focuses on sharply-priced cocktails including French 75, white negroni, Americano and a Meadow Mary, the venues signature take on a classic bloody Mary. Not stopping at drinks, snacks are part of the deal too - think Sydney rock oysters, mignonette, duck liver parfait, toasted baguette, onion confetti, cornichons, and house smoked ocean trout rillettes with fennel pollen and roe.
Parc
Two spots, one killer Happy Hour. From 7pm to 9pm Monday to Saturday, The Terrace at Parc is pouring signature cocktails — park views, good tunes, and a vibe that makes it way too easy to stay for another round. On Sundays, they’re serving up happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Over at Call Me Mamma, slide in from Wednesday to Saturday, 7pm to 9pm, for the same cocktail line-up, paired with authentic Italian eats. Sundays, they’re on from 4pm to 6pm.
The Blind Bear
With its American-style whiskey saloon ambience, dim lighting and rustic charm, The Blind Bear is the perfect spot to wind down after a long day at the office. Enjoy schooners for middy prices daily from 5pm to 7pm, plus $14 signature cocktails every Friday from 6pm to 8pm, followed by free live music.
Jack Gray
Tucked away in Grays Point, Jack Gray is your go‑to spot for great coffee, seasonal eats, and happy hour bevvies. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 5 pm, their happy hour kicks off with cocktails from $14 – think Aperol Spritz and $18 Native Espresso Martinis, alongside wine and beer. Pair it with truffle fries and calamari, and you've got yourself the perfect catch‑up or date night.
There’s happy hour for the little ones too! Jack Gray’s Kid's Happy Hour runs every Friday from 3 pm to 5 pm, serving up a milkshake and fries for just $10 – the perfect post‑school snack.

Say ‘Olé’ to Las Chica’s in Cronulla! This South American gem serves up mouth-watering tapas-style street food and some of the best margaritas in the Shire. With its flirty, yet moody fit out and signature red interiors, it’s equal parts delicious and insta-worthy!

Bangor Tavern
Renowned as the Shire's best dog-friendly beer garden, Bangor Tavern's happy hour runs Monday to Friday from 4pm to 6pm, and Wednesdays all night long! That's right, five days a week, you can sip on 25% off house beers and wine with your favourite furry companion.
The Botanical Highfield
Looking for the ultimate Sunday Session to end the weekend on a high? Highfield’s have you covered with $12 cocktails from 3pm to 6pm every Sunday. The good vibes don’t stop there! Get your $12 cocktail fix with their Monday to Saturday happy hour from 6pm to 9pm.
Union Place Hotel
In a throwback to the ‘The Godfather’ heyday, Union Place is an American-Italian-inspired hotel that features a modern American sports bar and bistro with a sun-drenched, alfresco dining terrace.
Enjoy happy hour from 4pm - 6pm every day, with $5.50 schooners and $6.90 on-tap wine. From Wednesday to Saturday between 7pm and 9pm and Sunday from 2pm to 5pm, enjoy $14 cocktails. Then, on Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm to 10pm, grab $7 spirits. Quite the round up!
El Rey
This Mexican eatery and bar always promises a good time. El Rey’s happy hour serves up $14 cocktails and margaritas, offering 14 delicious flavour combinations to choose from.
