“It’s always been a dream to have a physical space,” says Elly. “The Bloom Bar allows people to experience El’botanical’s florals year-round, whether it’s for a special occasion or just to brighten your day.”
The Bloom Bar, located on Mansfield Avenue, offers fresh bouquets and custom floral arrangements, making it easier than ever to bring El’s signature style into your home. And, of course, local delivery is available. “We’re planning to add vases, candles, and other decor pieces soon,” Elly shares, with exciting plans for a full gifting range on the horizon.

Every wedding is a custom creation, and Elly brings each one to life with her signature flair. “It’s not just about the flowers or following trends for the sake of it. I build a relationship with my clients, creating something personal that reflects their unique style and vision.”
Once the quote is locked in, Elly stays in touch, checking in three months before the big day to refine designs and ensure everything is perfect in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

El and her team adapted without a hitch, reworking florals, layouts, and even building structures to ensure everything stayed true to the original vision. Honestly, it turned out even better than I expected!”
“It’s all about rolling with the punches,” Elly remarks. “We had to think on our feet as weather is one thing we can’t control, but we pulled it off, and the end result was incredible. Collaborating with Bronte to bring her vision to life was an absolute highlight.”
